If unit is programmed with VM, 14		To enter Page Recall
3		Play newest message
6		Retransmit current message
		System will reply "Request accepted."

		Pager must be within coverage region to receive retransmitted message
		Each retransmitted message counts as 1 call against the unit's total call count
